Endotecnica Srl has voluntarily adopted values and principles as the foundation of its binding behavioral and procedural rules in internal and external relationships with all its stakeholders. Values such as legality, impartiality, competence, as well as the principles of confidentiality, loyalty, and reliability are expressed in two formal acts that we have decided to issue for several years now, in order to provide ourselves and others with objective elements to inspire, compare, and constantly evaluate our actions. The first of these is the Quality Policy. This policy incorporates international standards for management systems into our business processes, as mandated by the two key directives for obtaining Quality certifications that we have been proud of for some time. The emphasis on customer centrality, prudent data handling, and risk assessment makes this document an essential framework within which we have decided to operate in our programmatic and operational activities. The second document adopted is the Ethical Code, which focuses on individual operators and provides behavioral rules capable of determining the legitimacy of an action, its compliance with our spirit, and the value direction that Endotecnica has set for itself. Principles such as integrity, traceability, separation of functions, reciprocity, and transparency find their place here; all tools that we consider essential for continuous monitoring and risk reduction that may compromise both our core activities and the secondary activities that compose our operations. Endotecnica annually prepares and informs its employees, as well as any other parties involved in its activities, about the changes, whether mandatory or appropriate, that these fields may undergo.
