About us

ENDOTECNICA was founded in 1988 for the commercialization of electro-medical equipment such as lasers, lithotripters, urodynamics, surgical instruments, endourological and industrial endoscopic instruments, continuing a success story that began in the 1950s with the collaboration with Karl Storz to create the first cold light sources for endoscopy.

When Karl Storz Endoskope opened its Italian office in Verona, Endotecnica obtained the distributorship and exclusive maintenance for Piedmont, Aosta Valley and Liguria region for Storz products.

In the following years, thanks to the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques, Endotecnica focused on endoscopic equipment and instruments, thus contributing to progress alongside the most renowned surgeons in Piedmont and beyond.

Meanwhile, the industrial line of rigid and flexoscopic borescopes is developed, with highly prestigious customers such as GE Avio and Leonardo S.p.A. as well as small and medium-sized industries.

Today Endotecnica S.r.l., keeps being an exclusive distributor for Karl Storz and sells disposable material for laparoscopy and endourology in Piedmont and Liguria by partnering with AB MEDICA, YUSHU, SUNMEDICAL, SONY and others.

The strength of our company is the high level of training of all employees in our divisions; the service offered to the customer is at the heart of our corporate philosophy. The team is composed of 5 sales specialists in Piedmont and 2 in Liguria able to provide advice for every need, 2 specialized technicians for the management of post-sales issue, 2 logistics/warehouse employees for shipments and the traceability of each item handled, 2 competition office and customer care employees and 1 administrative/accounting employee. 

Our staff, combining passion for their work, continuous specialization courses and updates, make difficulties become opportunities.

ENDOTECNICA has always invested considerable resources in research and development with the aim of implementing new solutions to facilitate the operation and use of even highly specialized health services.

The main objective has always been "quality" and the whole company organization has been involved in achieving this goal, which has been achieved by obtaining since 2003 system certifications today referring to UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

Ready to support you at any time through a team of local sales specialists, we guarantee professional consultancy for every need. Our staff is constantly trained by Parent Companies, is available for demos and support in the surgery room to ensure the correct and safe use of the offered technology.

WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS

Two staff members manage the reception and shipping service of products with a constant and direct relationship between suppliers and customers. The entire process is managed by modern software that allows real-time knowledge of delivery times and complete traceability of the marketed items.
Shipments are ensured by the most reliable national couriers and our internal staff.

TENDERS OFFICE, CUSTOMER CARE & ADMINISTRATION

Two employees with specific training acquired through years of experience and supported by continuous updates manage the delicate world of public contracts, responding throughout the year to multiple tenders on various platforms.
Attention to the needs and expectations of the client is a fundamental requirement of our customer care, which aims primarily to achieve complete customer satisfaction, guiding them step by step from the order to its full execution.
A highly qualified administrative employee completes the internal team, managing the administrative aspects of the company.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

A quick and efficient after-sales service has always been an essential value for Endotecnica. Today, the company provides specialized technicians equipped with the most modern tools for diagnosing and resolving all malfunctions on the equipment handled. To manage the more complex machine downtimes, we are equipped with replacement equipment to minimize inconvenience for the customer.
We offer consulting services for the technological assessment of existing equipment with the possibility of proceeding with technological upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency and the highest quality standards for the patient.
To protect the customer from any potential risks and/or failures, we offer various types of maintenance and technical assistance contracts, including full-risk options.
