• Right to be forgotten
The right to be forgotten pursuant to art.17 of the GDPR allows to obtain the obligation for
the data controller to delete any data held by it relating to the applicant.It is configured
as a right to delete personal data in an enhanced form and has a broader scope than that
referred to in art. 7, paragraph 3, letter b) of the Code.
If you intend to exercise this right, you must request the appropriate form to the data

The interested parties have the specific right, in addition to all those provided for under
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 published on G. U. of the EU 127 of 23 May 2018, to obtain from the
Guarantor, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the rectification or
cancellation of the same or the restriction of the processing that concerns them or oppose
to the processing (art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation).The appropriate request to the
Authority is made by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the Garante (Garante per la

• Right to complain
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out
through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to
